Croal Culverts

The River Croal flows through and under Bolton town centre in a series of culverts. They are constructed mainly from stone and concrete and are quite large further upstream. They made a leisurely afternoon's explore, now I've done the tourist route I'm looking forward to seeing what else the town has to offer.
